Neighborhoods

Our rental properties are primarily located along the Woodward Avenue corridor in Detroit’s 48202 area, north of Grand Boulevard, within the North End, Piety Hill, and Virginia Park neighborhoods. The area is adjacent to Midtown and New Center and offers close access to Wayne State University, Henry Ford Hospital, and Downtown, along with convenient public transit and major roadway connections.


1 Bedroom Units

King St. – 400 sq ft

This multi-unit property is located in the vibrant North End neighborhood and offers two fully remodeled 1-bedroom / 1-bath apartments designed for efficient, low-maintenance living.
